Welcome to ASINCrate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ASINCrate Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the ASINCrate extension or creating an account, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASINCrate is a browser extension that helps users download product images and videos from Amazon product pages. The Service includes:

  • Image and video detection on Amazon product pages
  • Bulk download and ZIP packaging functionality
  • CSV metadata export
  • URL copying features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Some features require a free account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Tiers

  • Guest: Basic features without an account (single image downloads, previews)
  • Free: Registered account with 3 ASIN credits per month
  • Pro: Paid subscription with unlimited access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pro Subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers

4.2 Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • No refunds for renewals — cancel before renewal to avoid charges

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account reverts to the Free tier after the period ends
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use ASINCrate for:

  • Creating marketing materials for products you have rights to sell
  • Educational and non-commercial purposes

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated scripts or bots with the Service

  • Use downloaded content in ways that infringe third-party copyrights

6. Intellectual Property

The ASINCrate extension, website, and all associated content (code, design, trademarks) are owned by ASINCrate and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Images and videos downloaded through ASINCrate are owned by their respective rights holders (typically Amazon sellers or Amazon itself). ASINCrate provides tools to access this content but makes no claim of ownership. You are responsible for:

  • Respecting copyright and trademark rights of content owners
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for commercial use

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues beyond our control

7.2 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
