Which Amazon videos can I download?
Videos on Amazon product pages: the ones the brand added to the listing, videos from customers and influencers shown on the listing, and videos attached to customer reviews. Prime Video movies and TV shows are not supported.
What format and quality do I get?
MP4. The tool picks the highest-quality stream Amazon serves for that video, so the resolution matches what was uploaded, and it is not re-encoded. In the rare case a stream can't be converted, you get the original .ts file instead.
Which Amazon marketplaces does it work with?
amazon.com, .co.uk, .ca, .de, .fr, .it, .es, .nl, .com.tr, .co.jp, .in, .sg, .com.au, .com.mx and .com.br. Paste the link exactly as it appears in your address bar; a bare ASIN is looked up on amazon.com.
Why didn't my link work?
Usually one of three things: the product was removed or the ASIN is mistyped; the link isn't a product page (search results and storefronts have no single product to look up); or Amazon turned our lookup away. The tool tells you which one it was. If Amazon keeps blocking a product, the Chrome extension reads the page you already have open, so it isn't affected.
Is it legal to download videos from Amazon product pages?
Saving a video to study a listing — a competitor's or your own — is how most people use this. The rights stay with whoever made the video: re-uploading someone else's video to your own listing or social channels needs their permission.
