Why didn't my link work?
Check that the link is correct and the page is available. Search results are not supported. For store or creator collection media, open the page on Amazon and use the Chrome extension. If Amazon requires sign-in or blocks a lookup, open the page, sign in if needed, and use the extension to read the available media.
Is it legal to download videos from Amazon product pages?
Saving a video to study a listing — a competitor's or your own — is how most people use this. The rights stay with whoever made the video: re-uploading someone else's video to your own listing or social channels needs their permission.
