What lands on your disk: a real example

Two real outputs from one listing: the unzipped folder and the CSV index.

Unzipped ASINCrate listing pack showing one folder per variant ASIN with numbered original-resolution image files

One folder per variant ASIN

The ZIP opens into a folder per child ASIN. Files are named ASIN_variant_01.jpg, so the black 64GB and the silver 128GB never get mixed up.

CSV export from ASINCrate with columns ASIN, ParentASIN, VariantLabel, Type, URL and Quality

A CSV that maps every file to its ASIN

ASIN, parent ASIN, variant label, type (image or video), source URL and quality — one row per file. Paste it into your PIM or hand it to a designer.

Every variant, in one pass

The variant grid shows each child ASIN's gallery before you export. Pick one colour or take the whole family.

Built for listing production instead of saving one picture

Original CDN files, not the page preview

Amazon serves a resized copy on the page. ASINCrate rewrites the URL to the original-resolution file the seller uploaded — usually 1500 px to 3000 px on the long side — and ships that.

Variants sorted into folders with a CSV index

Ten colour and size children come back as ten folders plus one CSV keyed by ASIN. No renaming session afterwards.

Brand and A+ videos as MP4

Amazon streams video in HLS chunks. ASINCrate fetches the top-bitrate rendition and remuxes it into a normal MP4 that opens in any editor.

2

Common questions from sellers

How are the 30 credits counted?
One credit is spent per video download or per ZIP/CSV export of a listing, regardless of how many images that listing has. A 12-variant listing with 80 images is one credit. Credits never expire and there is no monthly reset.
Which Amazon marketplaces are covered?
US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Japan, India, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the UAE. The ZIP layout, CSV columns and MP4 output are identical on every marketplace.
Where do I use the credits — the Chrome extension or the web tool?
Both. The Credit Pack is tied to your ASINCrate account, and the same balance is available in the Chrome extension on the Amazon page and in the web tool at asincrate.com. Single images download without an account; videos and bulk ZIP/CSV use credits.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 7 days of purchase, as long as fewer than 3 credits have been used. Write to support and the charge is reversed the same way it was paid.
Is downloading a competitor's listing allowed?
ASINCrate is built for research and for producing your own listings. The image and video rights stay with their owners; reusing a competitor's assets on your own listing is not something this tool licenses or endorses.
